AMTOI’S 25th AGM HELD ON 19th SEPTEMBER 2024
The Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India – AMTOI, held its 25th AGM on the 19th of September 2024 at the West End Hotel, New Marine Lines, Mumbai.
AMTOI is a leading organization representing the interests of logistics, shipping, and multimodal transport operators, is pleased to announce the appointment of its new office bearers for the term 2024-25.
In a recent election held at AMTOI’s Annual General Meeting, the following distinguished professionals have been appointed to serve on the board:
Mr. Arun Kumar – President
Mr. Devpal Menon– Vice President
Mr. Haresh Lalwani – Honorary Secretary
Mr. Vasant Pathak – Honorary Treasurer
The newly elected office bearers bring with them a wealth of experience and leadership in the multimodal transport and logistics sector. They have been instrumental in fostering AMTOI’s mission of promoting and advocating for the development of efficient multimodal transport systems in India, ensuring that the industry continues to grow and compete on a global scale.
Arun Kumar, the newly elected President of AMTOI, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am honoured to take on this role and work alongside the incredible talent within AMTOI. Our focus will be on innovation, strengthening the framework for multimodal transport, and advocating for policies that will enhance India’s logistics capabilities.”
The new leadership is committed to continuing AMTOI’s tradition of excellence while driving new initiatives in areas such as digital transformation, sustainability, and collaboration with key stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
